Tre Rupi is the name of Falanghina Irpinia DOC, the name commonly given to Monte Tuoro, which is made up of three outcropping peaks, made up mostly of carbonate rocks. On Mount Tuoro karst is a very widespread phenomenon, creating a perfect ecosystem for the cultivation of vines.

Vinification: Fermentation at a controlled temperature of 16-18°, and a following ageing on fine lees for about six months.

Food pairing: Excellent as an appetizer with small delicacies, paired with crustaceans and delicate fish, also ideal paired with pizza or mozzarella di bufala.
Tasting notes: Pale yellow colour, with fruity notes of citrus fruits and pineapple, enriched by delicate notes of white flowers. It is fresh, persistent and with a pleasant fruity aftertaste to the palat.
